Defining the proposal.
The current proposal brings together 204 Residences and 675 Student Beds at Sarnia Road. This stage considers the building form, site context and relationship to the surrounding neighbourhood.
Student needs and site context guide the proposal as it develops.
Developing the specifications.
As the proposal develops, detailed design would refine suite layouts, materials and building details. Student input and project requirements will help inform the approach to shared spaces.
Final configurations and features have not yet been confirmed.
Delivering the building.
Construction remains a future stage, subject to the progress of the proposal and required approvals. Scheduling and milestones will be shared when confirmed.
Looking toward completion.
Completion is a future milestone, with final inspections and readiness checks forming part of the path toward opening.
Timing will be shared as the project progresses. No completion or opening date has been announced.
Preparing for arrivals.
Application, opening and move-in information will be announced when confirmed. Joining the Priority List is an expression of interest, not an application or a suite reservation.
